At Molly Ads Corp, we are committed to delivering your daybed quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping timelines, delivery options, and related concerns to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email and a separate notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery. Shipping methods may vary based on your location and the size or weight of the item. Most of our daybeds are delivered via standard ground shipping.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most orders within the continental United States arrive within 5 to 10 business days from the shipping date. Delays may occur during high-volume seasons or due to weather and carrier-related issues.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental USA. Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations. If any exceptions apply, they will be clearly stated on the product page before checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress on the carrier’s website. If you experience issues tracking your order, feel free to contact us for assistance.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to address issues, reshipping fees may apply.
Missed Deliveries
For larger items requiring signature or scheduled delivery, the carrier will contact you to arrange delivery. If you miss the delivery attempt, it is your responsibility to reschedule with the carrier. Unclaimed packages may be returned and subject to restocking or reshipping fees.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document the condition with photos and report it to us immediately at support@mollyadscorp.store. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you for confirmation of your address and arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for resending the item.
