Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Any item that is returned damaged, used, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mollyadscorp.store with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send the item. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage or issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return. These include clearance or final sale items, custom orders, and items that are not in their original condition. Please check product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company. If the refund has still not posted, contact us at support@mollyadscorp.store and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been processed or shipped. Once an order is in transit, it must go through the full return process.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
